Its hilarious to me that we are bumping this thread right now. We already know he has hella talent, he's proven that.

He is in the same boat as Lamar and Josh, except worse, because he's not only never won a playoff game, his playoff performances are worse than the worst we have seen from Allen or Lamar.

We know he has a high ceiling already. This Chargers team is really fukking dominant and they are a legit title contender, but we are still talking about a guy with a terrible track record in the playoffs right now.

He's Just A Guy until we see the playoff dominance match the regular season upside.

Lamar and Josh were both drafted in 2018. Lamar went to the Ravens which are about as competent organization as you can get. Herbert was drafted in 2020, they should absolutely have a head start on him. I don't know if people watched the Chargers but Brandon Staley was a HORRIBLE coach. Telesco was a garbage GM. You give him a good coach and a good GM and now he's doing what he's supposed to do. He needs to do in the playoffs. What he's doing during the regular season isn't "just a guy" shyt. Tyrod Taylor is just a guy. Joe Flacco is just a guy. Spencer Rattler is just a guy. Herbert is not just a guy but he needs to do it in the 'offs.

Herpert has less playoffs wins than Dak Prescott!
