Naw, his contact this year was to be guaranteed when the niners picked up his option. His agent and him were so paranoid of getting released that they changed the contract to non guaranteed and basically he gets paid as he plays.

No team is giving him 20 mil guaranteed with his history, this actually works in the niners favor
