This narrative needs to end. Folks keep using that narrative against him like

So you telling me that Michael got carried by Quincy Jones production? Or that Snoop got carried by Dre’s production? Or that Usher got carried by JD’s production and Brian Michael Cox’s pen?

Folks keep using “Man Of The Woods” against him and say “Oh he went back to that white sound” completely ignoring the fact that the Neptunes and Timbaland heavily produced that album

Some of yall keep calling him a “culture vulture” when this has ALWAYS been his sound since he broke away from NSYNC.

Dude arguably has 3 classic solo albums under his name and he has stride from it.

If the album were 10 tracks rather than 18, I think I'd like it better. This is grownup pop/r&b which for most dudes is tricky. There's a couple of bops on here if you give it a chance but it's not as bad as some people are making it out to be.
