He can't due to him owing Live Nation a tour so he had to drop an album. Same reason Jay had to drop 4:44. They have to do tours by a certain time.

That's how he got the biggest advertising platform of the year (the superbowl) as PROMO, not as a milestone or defining point in his career. He's in a bracket of artist that should be doing 300k without breaking a sweat.

Few artists are doing 300K without breaking a sweat especially legacy acts. Beyonce is the only artist that's been out here as long as she has and can still do 400-500K with ease. She might be the only legacy act still doing those numbers.
