Juvenile a top 10 rapper of all time

I really don't see the need to push Juvenile as some Top 10 rapper. He had his own style and own lane. We can celebrate that and his classic 400 Degreez and his overall contribution to Hip Hop without the need to put him on some pedestal like that. I don't see Juvenile as a Top rapper. Never have and that's no knock against him. There's just others who pretty much better overall MC's with better catalogs than Juvenile and that's fine.

As a kid watching the HA video for the very first time..my eyes was glued to the TV. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing and hearing. I grew up in the ghetto around poverty so I know what it is but seeing how grimy New Orleans looked at that time…it looked wild but incredible at the same time.
I can imagine old heads from that time period that were used to hearing east coast/west coast hip hop have they’re equilibrium being thrown off by seeing that video for the very time. It was a culture shock moment that doesn’t get talked about enough.
The most underrated thing about Juvenile is his lyrical ability. His unique delivery and N.O accent kinda hides that but he could spit.
Juvi is also a very good storyteller and knows how to paint an image.
I don’t know about top 10 but Juvenile is definitely one of the GOATs that helped ushered in a new wave and made a huge impact. It definitely had a impact on me and my friends at the time in school where we called ourselves the hot boys haha.
