Yeah this is true. I remember back in the Black Planet days me and a few of my homies went to visit some chicks we met in Charleston. They took us to this club that was WAY in the stick and when we got there it was at least 100 people trying to get in. There was NO line at all, just everybody bumrushing the doorI told my crew to all just stay close as possible until we got in. Once inside they were smoking more weed than I EVER seen
and I'm from detroit and was living in DC. I went to the bathroom and it was a dude in there selling weed out one pocket and powder out the other
they didn't fukk with anybody though then to make it worst we couldn't find the damn chicks that we came with and didn't have a CLUE how to get back to where they were. We lucked up and one of my boys met a chick who let us stay over her crib until the morning. Taught us a real lesson about fukking around out there in those sticks

The LAPD is the biggest and most skilled police force in the world breh. You can't compare them to let's say fukking Little Rock Arkansas or Detroit.... Have you ever been out of Cali breh?. Not every city has millionairs to over tax to just toss money at the PD.

I used to travel for work and have been to hundreds of podunk towns like Ridgecrest in Louisanna and every big city in this country, breh. On top of that, a good friend of mine sells fleet vehicles to the government all over.
LAPD polices less than 75 miles with a massive budget. Even police departments in Little Rock have budgets to order $55,000 Dodge Chargers and $80,000 'bomb' vehicles for all the times that people have bombs in those areas....most of them have military weapons and training....fat pensions...those people are well funded. Certainly not a valid excuse to take an hour to respond to a call of a brawl going on.
Like I said, if this happened to white people at a 'white' spot like Dennys or Panera Bread, I bet the cops would have shown up before everyone took off and the damn shift changed.

dude may have been telling the truth. a lot of fights start over misunderstandings. maybe neither one of them were in the wrong. sometimes chit just happens.
