The most interesting part is the lack of respect from the police for the community. it took them damn near an hour to respond to a 'fight at the waffle house' call because they probably rolled their eyes, tossed some slurs around, and sat on their hands.

Or they are so strapped for cash they don't have enough officers available.

Yeah this is true. I remember back in the Black Planet days me and a few of my homies went to visit some chicks we met in Charleston. They took us to this club that was WAY in the stick and when we got there it was at least 100 people trying to get in. There was NO line at all, just everybody bumrushing the door I told my crew to all just stay close as possible until we got in. Once inside they were smoking more weed than I EVER seen and I'm from detroit and was living in DC. I went to the bathroom and it was a dude in there selling weed out one pocket and powder out the other I told my crew whatever you do DON'T try to talk to no chick without finding out BEFOREHAND if her dude was there. When we left it was like a cloud of weed smoke coming out the club and the SC state trooper were posted out front they didn't fukk with anybody though then to make it worst we couldn't find the damn chicks that we came with and didn't have a CLUE how to get back to where they were. We lucked up and one of my boys met a chick who let us stay over her crib until the morning. Taught us a real lesson about fukking around out there in those sticks

Few years ago there was a big ass brawl that went viral and at the beginning of the vid you see a cop there and he basically gave the and the fight started immediately after



Then on the flip side i was waitin on a homeboy who lived in a "nicer" area and a cac called the cops cuz they seen a nikka sittin in a car on their street, cop pulled up on me in 2 minutes and pressed me

Them dispatchers be lettin those cops know which calls sound like some black shyt or some cac shyt and they respond accordingly

It be like that.





And the Cop who ain't do shyt at that wreck probably knew some of the people there. He was probably raised in that community.

Even if he wasn't, it's just a fight. I guess it's hard to describe to you if you've never been in one or ain't seen one.

School use to give up free bus tickets since we didn't ever have school buses in New Orleans, shyt would be a 8x10 roll of bus tickets for the whole month, I stayed right around the corner from the school so I sold my tickets to the highest bidder

The LAPD's budget and firepower/equipment rivals entire countries around the world....

Most of these places are over funded for what they do and effort they put it....

But if you guys want to make an excuse why these cops waited an hour to respond to a crime that happened between non-white people as if it wasn't racially motivated, that's up to you guys. I can tell you if two white people fought at the Panera Bread they wouldn't wait an hour to show up.
