i see certain threads emphasized. i don't really have anything to promote, but i was just wondering if the owners/mods choose threads to up on the front page or if it's based on popularity. what's up with that thing? if this is explained somewhere else, sorry for not searching .

We choose threads to go up there, we've been slacking though
