Thats nothing, he made iron works before his 'awakening' if you can call it that...
Check out his album "Yen Lo" bruh
Yen lo - based on the original 1962 movie the manchurian candidate (you wont find it under "KA" on spotify like some of his other albums, you'll find the entire album under "yen lo", which is a group he formed with his producer partna preservation)
In the album KA chronicles the descent of a normal civilian into a stone killer drawing heavy inspiration from the movie.
His language throughout the whole album is fractured, full of dread and blunt as well, simulating the confusion and struggle of the transition, again the album is a piece of genius but that just what I come to expect from KA at this point.
"Day 13" easily one my favorite KA track of all time:
"scribe laws and effect...
Many die violating law of respect...
Gun in my face, paused didn't sweat...
Bought grace in a place, raw intellect...
Work hard, first job, truest to rep...
like papy, path rocky, fraudulent step...
Shots press, block test scruples...
Burn flesh, learn best through my pupil...
Blessing, each lesson crucial...
Yes to the death, what i'm sketching, useful...
Behave gray, slum ways what im used to..."
By the way I think KAs other albums are under different names on spotify as well, ill find out what they're called for you soon
@Ironman
it's just Hermit and the recluse: (orpheus vs the sirens)
and Yen Lo
Everything else is under Ka's name.
Problem with Spotify, you can't find Ka by just searching "Ka". algorithm automatically thinks you're looking for Kanye West.
so you gotta search for albums, then use the option to search by artist on said album
Grief Pedigree
The Night's Gambit
Honor Killed the Samurai
this current album the thread is based on
1200 BC
The Superfly Single
(not under Ka)
Days with Dr. Yen Lo
Orpheus vs The Sirens
If you liking the overall sound of this, I strongly recommend just starting at Grief Pedigree and going in order. Listen to Yen Lo after Night's Gambit and Orpheus after Honor Killed the Samurai.
