Kaepernick collusion case proving that teams viewed him as a starting quarterback

I'm admittedly not a lawyer but we all know collusion existed between owners, so it's really only a matter of proving it. And in the information age, where everything is stored digitally forever, this really shouldn't be hard to prove.
What am I missing here?

All they need is just 1 email between 2 different team representatives...
Could be between two low-level staffers within the GM's office of their respective teams
Two "college bros" just talking shyt about how their bosses would never sign Kaepernick
That's all it would take...the circumstantial evidence would handle the rest and take this one across the goal line
When Kaepernick's people find that email...watch how quickly the NFL puts together a settlement offer

Imagine the level of racism that has to be in your blood to really try to ride this out just cause you don't wanna cut a brother a check.
Proving it is extremely difficult. Teams can not sign him because of his kneeling. They can not sign him for whatever reason they want. They have to prove there was a coordinated effort funneled from the league office to all the teams to have him blackballed for his off field stances. That’s incredibly difficult

2 owners discussing it doesn’t equate to collusion though. A guy saying “hey you need a qb, why didn’t you sign Kaep?” “Well we didn’t want his kneeling to become an issue” “yea that’s the same thing we thought” isn’t collusion.Maybe. We'll see. You know they texted / emailed about that shyt.

Doesn’t matter how deep they go. Unless they are discussing a coordinated effort from the league to keep Kaep off all the teams it’s not collusion. That’s why it’s a tough case to win

it would be "collusion" if those "two college bros" would talk about how their bosses have actually said
they won't sign Kaepernick, AND there will (or should) be a meeting with other bosses to discuss the matter.
"Collusion" begins with the prefix "co-" which denotes some teamwork between parties; so you have can't have it
without anyone meeting to do it.
