It ain't even about making money. I'm not against anybody making money.

But you can't position yourself as a voice of the oppressed and put out shoes made by exploited men, women, and children in sweatshops.

If imma call Lebron out for his Hypocrisy regarding Hong Kong, I gotta say something about Kap.

Its almost like a parody how tone deaf Kap and his team is, but nikkas keep buying it smh
He’s not

he speaks when addressed usually and stood up against an injustice and got blackballed.... thats it

its you cats making him the next Malcolm X or some shyt... he’s a professional athlete. Selling shyt is what they do.

Muhammad Ali went through hell because he didn’t want to fight in a war against people that never oppressed him.... he still attempted to box after he wasn’t blackballed any longer, correct? Meaning he attempted to make money.

Kaep should always attempt to make money whether its playing, having a signature shoe, etc

Muhammad Ali fighting another willing adult for money is much different than Muhammad Ali not boxing but making money selling merch manufactured by people in countries where worker protections and civil rights don't exist

Yeah, I don't know what to make of Colin Kapernick's latest moves...but whatever he does, he'll always have my support.
:salute:
He stood up for black folks and exposed alot of racists in the NFL from players to owners to fans.
One of the greatest athletes of this decade. and I'll always appreciate the fact he used his platform to fight against police brutality and racial inequality/injustice.

How is that different when his job was to sell a product for people to buy (the actual fight)...

He wasn’t allowed to sell his fights anymore because of the stance he took... was that fair to you? So Kaepernick shouldn’t be able to sell himself or his products as well because of the stance he took.... thats fair to you?

Because people can choose to play in the nfl or not. The nfl offers insurance to its players to pay for expensive surgeries. The nfl...

Hold up, do I really have to explain to you how playing in the NFL for millions of dollars is different from selling shyt made in a sweatshop in a country where the government refuses to enforce humane working conditions?

Like real shyt, you can like Kap all you want but damn you can call out fukk shyt and inconsistencies. A person claiming to stand up for oppressed people selling merch made by people in sweatshops is as textbook hypocritical as it gets

nikka random people just can’t choose to play in the NFL or not... you get drafted and only depends on your worth to a team.

Same with a boxing, you just can’t go pro in boxing because you feel like it or not, someone see’s your worth and help you get there.

Your ass keeps dancing around obvious shyt, like boxers don’t sell shyt, don’t have their own clothing lines, sponsors, or merchandise on top of a purse...

Ali was stripped of his title and blackballed from sponsors and boxing in general... HE COULD NOT GET SANCTIONED FOR FIGHTS.

KAEP IS BLACKBALLED FROM THE NFL... there is no more salary, insurance, etc.

SO IS HE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE MAKING MONEY? Was Ali not supposed to come back into the ring and make money despite him and Kaep doing similar shyt? People have to eat and athletes are still competitive to shyt they dedicated their lives to. Again you come in here missing fukking points and acting stupid just because it’s Kaep and you don’t like him for whatever reason

sounding worse than whiteboys and mexic00ns

Breh his contract was almost up. A new coach was bought in. Him and his team requested a trade. Nobody bit on the trade. He started and turned in some of the worst qb performances in history including an outing vs the bears where he threw for a whopping 8 yards in 4 quarters.

He was benched. Still no offers for a trade. He whips up the protest. You've seen the article where he and his girl admit they formulated a plan.

Best case scenario is he just learned about police brutality and it bothered him so much he couldn't play football effectively.

What's more likely is that he realized his career was over and realized he could make some money off the woke crowd as long as he keeps the nfl as an adversary

There’s no way you aren’t trolling :dead:

Thats an actual fact about not wearing shoes and grounding. Not trolling at all, notice I said spiritual leaders which is what black people need to be worried about the most. But most of you throw the baby out with the bathwater and won't understand.

It was the bears who knocked him out of the league :francis:
