Basically he talks about the videos he use to make about bytches and hoes.

How the same women he'd use for sex were most their for him during his sickness and since sex was off the table all they did was talk He realized that he'd never really spoken to them beyond sex

Then he thought about how he got into the cycle of using women for nothing more than p*ssy and how that all started by something as simple as the table he sat at first day of 9th grade and how that steered him away from shyt he liked, like anime, etc but towards chasing p*ssy to be down. It's a good watch

First and foremost, Im glad to see he's doing OK because this man was going through a DARK time for a while (probably still is, but at least theres positivity in this video). I've followed dude for years and his channel was the first that I ever actually subscribed to.

To the video itself, I get a bit upset on this topic and here's why: Being the nerdy ass nikka I am and have always been I and the FEW friends I've had have been about anime, computers, introspection, that type of shyt for YEARS. And alll through high school and even college of course we would be made fun of, the same shyt Kain talks about in the video "oh you don't get p*ssy", " you're a lame" etc...

NOW, mfs in their 30s when they figure out the real answer to happiness is pleasing yourself and not others, and the real path to profit is deep knowledge of technology, now all these washed ass dudes (not digging at Kain here to be clear) are coming to the realization that p*ssy isn't the definition of success. Now everybody wants to learn to code, to express themselves in traditionally "geeky" ways...the same shyt that people have been telling me was "lame" through our teens and twenties is the same shyt they want to perpetrate themsleves as being in the know on.

Sure everyone is allowed to change and grow
But from the other side, god damn is it annoying to gracefully accept these a$$holes into a culture that was previously ridiculed. And if i dont accept them with open arms, then I'm the a$$hole apparently :mjlol:
/rant

Make no mistake those things are still "lame" if it comes in a traditonally "lame" package. Feel better about the fact that those people are probably lames too,and couldnt be seen as cool to cool people. They are likely culture vultures and you should reject them whole heartedly, word to the wise. That is if you truly consider that to be your culture that you are a gate keeper in:comeon:

this dude been through so much pain, literally and figuratively, I’m happy he’s finding himself

Before I click on the video, let me just say this...

This brother was one of my favorite Youtube personalities back in the day.

Now that I think about it, he was probably the only social media person I followed, unless you count the big names like Neil Degrasse Tyson or Levar Burton or Will Smith. This dude was funny, insightful, and could tell a story. A down to Earth brother from Baltimore.

Then, his life changed. He went through some shyt; lost a close friend, and.... changed. He became more stoic, more serious... extremely somber... and seemingly focused on a goal that couldn't be defined. Dude basically fell into an existential trap that a lot of us go through. It was hard to watch.

I say that to say this....

Seeing this thumbnail, with him smiling again makes me feel... so happy.

It's weird because these are online personalities that we obviously don't know. And yet they can have real influences in our lives. And so ya'll are probably thinking, "Duh, nikka..." but I don't really do social media outside the coli so this dude was like my one foray into connecting with someone online.

Anyway, man... I'm gonna click on this now, but it's good to see the breh smiling again.

Great summation, he was a great personality, and I’m glad he’s better, he borrowed some Patrice, but he put it in his own words, so i don’t trip, I’m def going to give this a listen

I feel you breh and I of course don't want to come off as a gatekeeper. Like i said anyone is allowed to change, grow, and find new interests. Its just annoying, personally, to see people who ridiculed you to slide into your interest space. There's no way to express it without sounding like a hater but I just gotta put my 2 cents out there :yeshrug:

Thoughts? Please watch the whole video.

Brought back memories of Highschool for me. shyt I got clowned for liking chess and watching National Geographic over VH1 reality TV and the NBA back in highschool :shaq2: that said, I stayed with the nikkas who were most like me off rip.

Yo just starting the video but he's right its got to be one of the scariest feelings in the world when you go to the doctor, see a team of doctors and don't nobody know shyt. That's how it was with my pops. turns out a lowely like nurse caught on that this nikka had "cardiomyopathy of wild-type or hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis" if that person who wasn't even a doctor really didn't bring that shyt up my pops would have been died.
