Those saying she was just in WWE to further other career options are wrong. She was into wrestling way more than most of the divas. She put a lot of time in trying to improve her ring skills, she took some crazy bumps as well.
I thought she had potential. She could have been a quality babyface but they never really pushed her in the same light as what her and Big E were doing on social media. Big E is in a similar situation where he has personality but they don't allow him to showcase it. Sometime in the next year, Big E will probably be depushed because he's not "as over as he should be" and it'll be because WWE management dropped the ball. The reason guys like Rock and Austin were so successful is because WWE creative got out of the way and allowed them to be an outlandish version of themselves.
Back to Kaitlyn, the writing was on the wall. I think her engagement announcement was the beginning of the end. She was never going to receive another push after that. It's fine for Eva Marie or Cameron to discuss their relationships outside of WWE because they are involved in Total Divas and WWE can exploit that. WWE wasn't going to be able to exploit Kaitlyn in the same way because she wasn't involved in the show and she's not dating a wrestler. I bet someone in creative probably caught feelings as well.
I could see her back in WWE but only after she gives this guy the

WWE won't be interested unless something changes..
