I understand you aren’t really familiar with what they typically use hence why you simply googled diuretics. But the ones that almost all of them have in common is clenbuterol. People who have an extreme low BF% tend to use items like this far more. And they are extreme harsh on the heart.

Keep in mind people do Steroids and HGH for a long amount of time. But those who use diuretics are known to have issues. Such as the Zyzz dude who was mentioned above. Mixing diuretics with party drugs is a massive issue.
