The police department she was in charge of was the first in her state to implement body cams.

She’s always been against the death penalty .

She’s spoken out against racist mandatory minimums.

She created a program to educate and train drug offenders instead of throwing them in jail.

And there’s more.

There’s obviously plenty to point to as her being one of the top police in the country, but if you compare her record to other police, she’s been leading he charge in progressive/black issues.

1. She was AGAINST investigating police shootings and statewide body camera regulation. But she again lied and said she “misheard” the question when confronted with it.

2. She says she’s against the death penalty but defended it in court and refused dna testing for an innocent black man on death row

3. She created that program but she also created a law to lock up parents for truancy(lies about that) and she’s been all over the place when it comes to weed. She’s been against and locking up people for it, then she was for it only a couple years ago but she was supposedly smoking in college

Her whole run so far is just flip flopping and pandering for anything
