Billion dollar companies have debt ratio/debt management. There is a big difference between being irresponsible and managing your money to create stability. Home ownership is simply about how much you earn and how much your parents give/loan you for a downpayment (especially younger buyers).
Asians usually go into STEM and simply make more money. Whites are 50/50 between making money and just having parents that float them so they can get those loaded savings accounts.
Black and Hispanic kids often have to help out family members. Granny isn't handing us $30k as a graduation gift. White people usually don't mention the little (and big) cash gifts they receive. That shyt is life changing.
