What I'm saying is MBDTF offered the soul of CD with "Dark Fantasy", "Devil In A New Dress", and "Gorgeous". Then he had songs like "So Appalled", "Blame Game", and "Monster" that had the LR sound to them. "All of the Lights" and "Power" (this sounded like "Stronger" on steroids) had the Graduation sound. "Runaway" and "Lost In The World" had the 808's & Heartbreak sound to them.

I can't hear soul on Gorgeous or Dark Fantasy (except Teyana Taylors fake gospel sounding performance and Bon Ivers digitalized/reverb voice), Dark Fantasy mixed poprock and gospel, I don't think I can find that on CD.
Devil in a new Dress had a soul sample but lyrically speaking I don't know how that could be compared to anything on CD and especially when the beat switch came through.


IMO he mixed elements from all his previous albums and created completely different sounds by mashing sounds.

Normally I'd disagree, but when it comes to Kanye... He seems like doesn't care about music anymore. So if this is his last, I wouldn't protest. Anything more is just forcing it, and there's no sense in keeping the nikka here if his heart is elsewhere. So unless he became super inspired by music again, I'm cool with it being the last.
