He definitely has had the impact on the art form and culture of all those names you named.
And I'm not a Kanye fan. I am actually a reformed hater. Lol
But the impact of college drop out... (Despite quality of lyrics)
The quality of late registration...
Dark fantasy
Yeezus is an actual classic.
The beats and samples. Kanye West is definitely a musical genius. And his ability to blend all of our past phases of black music into something modern and aggressive is dope and something only HE does.
You mean sampling?

And Kanye hasn't been using black music a primary influence since college dropout. If anything he's been blending his approach to HipHop/black culture with other non-black genres.
Late Registration was heavily influenced by chamber pop. A style that was popular at the time.
Graduation was heavily influenced by arena rock. He wanted his concerts to pop like U2.
808s was inspired by 80s pop. The 80's retro trend was sweeping indie pop and house that year.
MBDTF was inspired by Prog Rock.
Yeezus was a blend of NiN, experimental music, and dark techno.
That blend was incredibly trendy 2013 - 2014. Seemed like everyone was trying to make dark, distorted, edgy records those years. You couldn't escape it.
