And there's plenty of people with mental problems who function well in society. He has the profile and the means to get the best psychological help and medication money can buy.

i know many many people with mental issues of all types

at the core of it they still have their own personality and characteristics which can only be made worse by their affliction but are not because of it. Meaning Kanye is who he is even without his condition, it might exasperate it but it doesn't make him that way entirely. he has the money to have all the right therapists and medicine. he doesn't listen to people around him...
