Basically the ones not looking for Kanye stimulus packages will state their opinions when asked. However for the most part, few and far between. Plus entertainers, athletes, other noteworthy people, etc. will have a tendency to stick together.

Look at 0:59, Kanye pointing at him like "You get me!" after dude was going off on him, directly, in plain english for nearly a minute.

I really don't know what that was really. Maybe breh really isn't all there, has a short attention span, not even listening (although it looks like dude he's about to rebuttal at the end of that clip) or he's playing 4D chess. Maybe Kanye liked the energy dude was giving at the time, I don't know. That whole reaction at that time was really confusing.
