Reading the twitter replies I take the reason this happened was this was post abortion rant from Kanye (when he cried) and chance flew in wanting to check up, but Kanye was in album mode and didn’t wanna hear that shyt?

I hate whoever started the trend of using that bolded phrase as an excuse to act like a piece of shyt. I'm not all directing this at you.

I get the meaning of the phrase, but at some point artists and their handlers started using at as an excuse for awful behavior.

If Chance really flew all the way to see Kanye after seeing that rant and being concerned for him, that's even less of an excuse to talk to another grown man like that.

I'm the first person to say that most people have too much of an ego, and get into too many problems because they can't just let things slide. It's a problem for too many people. So many people have thrown their life away or made life-changing decisions over dumb shyt that they couldn't let slide. So I'm not advocating just stealing off on Kanye immediately.

With that being said, I don't think The Booth is overreacting on this. No self-respecting adult should allow someone to literally scream at them. At the very least you gotta stick up for yourself and let someone know they can't speak to you like that. There are mature but forceful ways to handle the situation.

It's unacceptable to behave like a 5 year old having a temper tantrum in a 40-something year old's body, and almost as unacceptably to enable that shyt.
