I personally think Ye has 2 classic albums (maybe 3) and his catalogue is extremely solid. In terms of raw, dark, and aggressiveness of Pac albums I favor his over Ye.
Also, they're more white people that listen to Ye than Pac. Hood nikkas listen to Pac and not c00nYe; his target audience is middle-upper class white folk and Pac's was struggling nikkas from the hood. Now you have cac's from Europe like "Kanye is the best evar he is da jesus of rap nikka"
