Even worse than that Jay personally vouched for Kanye in order for him to get the insurance backing he needed for the Pablo tour. And Kanye repaid him by shytting on him, having a mental breakdown and getting the tour cancelled. Sure Jay has given Kanye a verse since then but they'll never have any real business dealings (tour, album, etc) again.

Kanye hasn't toured since then. All he's able to do is rent out arenas for album previews.
