Let's call autism what it is. Brain damage. It's not fetal alcohol syndrome. But it's a damaged brain. Sam kinison was hit by a car when he was a child and wasn't right since and became famous. Ye might've been normal but that car crash gave him brain damage. Not all brain damage makes you retarded. I know someone's kid who has it pretty damn bad, he's 5. Still wears diapers, isn't sociable. But the kid is smart is some very odd ways. Kind of remembers everything he hears, so you could show him a 2 hour documentary on the physics of space. And he won't talk for 2 days. Then he'll randomly regurgitate some facts from the documentary like he's watched it 100 times.
