You can’t get autism from a car crash or any type of traumatic injury, your simply born with it and Kanye does in fact display some signs/symptoms of high functioning Asperger’s (which is just mild autism now) which isn’t a bad thing.

Concussions and any trauma to the head can have long term after effects so it’s possible it changed him in some way whether it be memory loss or emotional well being.

Hard to know without a study and even then it might not prove anything.
