Musicians play actual instruments, they don't tap a fukking keyboard and click a mouse to hear a sound. For example Dr. Dre and DJ Quick are musicians because they themselves can actually replicate the sounds they want for their compositions which is why their production has so many layers. You CACs in disguise on Tha Coli make me sick.

I just wanna say that musicians don't necessarily have to play "actual instruments".
The most natural instrument of all is the human voice and I'd argue that singers and rappers
are also "musicians", especially Singers (obviously).
No one can tell me Marvin gaye (despite being a multi-instrumentalist) wasn't a proper "musician"
because his strongest instrument was his voice and that's what he was often using to convey
his ideas.
