I think the concept of this album is really dope. Kanye does need to up his bars and hopefully that will come again. If it plants seeds in people to follow Jesus that’s all I can ask for. Because the message in itself to me is pure. People are questioning his intent I’m just letting it ride and waiting to see his fruits of labor.

breh shoulda just gave this album to the Clipse and let it be a Good Guy/Bad Guy redemption story concept album with the Faith stuff ingrained into it.

Sonically this is better than Ye and Life of Pablo, lyrically of course ye aint said anything worth a damn in the last 10 years or so. Good background noise.

The production has some great ideas but every lyric being the most generic "jesus is our lord jesus is our saviour" completely kills it

6/10 album. It's over for Ye. This was his last shot.

I do find it interesting people critiquing this album's redundancy, when rap (in general, NOT ALL)has been about the same vain topics for the past 25 years now. You rarely ever hear a "too much drug, money, crime, and promiscuity talk" as a critique for an album.
