i like my beautfiul dark twisted fantasy better. more epic album, really pushed the limits of what the content of a mainstream hip hop album could be about.

I voted for SC even though I probably play MBDTF more. SC is one of those albums that hits you the second you turn it on. You add the fact that Kanye himself is a student of the RZA and that the RZA's sound influenced Kanye it's hard to argue.

MBDTF is still a classic to me. This is the album where it seems the traditional Kanye fans of College Dropout-Graduation start to lose interest. Kanye's ego is definitely on another level, but so is the range of emotions and feelings. On "Blame Game" you can sense Kanye wen't through real relationship BS. When the average rapper talks about relationships, often times it comes off as some made up shyt. Kanye gave his full range of emotions on MBDTF whether they were bad or good. In some ways I feel that was part of the point of the album, there is no bad or good there just is. We all grow and Kanye showcased he was no longer in the phase of his life that created songs like on his first 3 albums.

Lol at comparing SC to MBDTF. I know YALL wanna stick to the Hip Hop status quo, which ch is basically "Older Is Better". But MBDTF is a superior project by far, and Ye is a superior artist by far, I said artist, not rapper.

But SC didn't have any radio reaches though. No SC, no album for Kanye to piggyback for the blueprint which got Kanye in the door in the first place.
