I liked how Charlemagne kept Ye in check and it actually forced Ye to make a little more sense than he usually does. Charlemagne was missing the point ENTIRELY. I was just when he kept parroting that "f these corporations". Martin Luther King, Malcolm X shyt. MLK and X were fighting an ENTIRELY different battle, this shyt it is a WAR that's far from over. What MLK and X did can't be applied today because there's a new frontier. What they were fighting for was our right to just get INTO the building. Now we're in the building but we're lost don't necessarily know how to navigate it. Kanye's arguing for us to OWN the building....you can't do that with the "f these corporations mentality". Some ppl may argue, how about we create our own buildings. Why does Kanye need Nike, why doesn't he do it himself.
