Working With The Feds
Personally as a huge ye fan, Yeezus is the most disappointing album of all time to me
bound 2 might be a prelude to future music from ye

KanYe is clearly doing this to try and get his old fans back. As I said in my "Yeezus" review. "Bound 2" he threw us a bone. He saw the criticism he got from the Hip Hop community. Sure all the magazines and publications was calling 'Yeezus" groundbreaking Classic and who knows maybe Hip Hop will forgive it down the road. But those Magazines don't define Hip Hop culture.
Hip Hop told Ye' "Yeezus was only OK" which is why this will be his lowest selling album of his career. Not only did Hip Hop fans pretty much reject but even the Pop fans didn't grab hold. It went Gold so Ye still does have a core fanbase that will stay with him but both "New Slaves" and "Black Skinheads" didn't really pop off though I liked those songs but they weren't great. Again we liked some songs but most of the songs were weak. But "Bound 2" was vintage Ye'. I could of easily been on "College Dropout" or "Late Registration".
what other song besides blood on the leaves could he have even picked.. this still is not gonna save his sales
doesn't seem like he was going for sales with a totally off the wall sound virtually and no singles or promotion before the album dropped.
Performing on SNL and having your music projected in major cities the WORLD isn't promotion?

blood on the leaves is ass and fukked up hes talking about sex over fukin strange fruit
that shyt changed my opinion on yeezy hes gone pretty crazy
the majority of folks didn't even know he was doing new music on SNL when that happened. also, the billboard projects was a one time thing. it's totally different than doing a video or getting ur new single played on the radio.
It was the "no promotion" promotion, unless you didn't have the Internet you knew Yeezus was dropping, even the slightest rumor was front page news on every music blog and website
