He threatened death to jews. They got a right to put their foot on his neck. And I know I know, when he said "death con", he meant "defcon" but the jews didn't know that for sure. How were they supposed to know he was a dumbass illiterate nicxa that don't read? They probably thought he literally meant "death" cause what kind of dumbass thinks defcon is spelled "death"?
And then on top of that, they gave him like a week to apologize. They didn't immediately start going ham on him. He had plenty of time to apologize and this dumbass nicca not only doubled down on it but then he started gloating, talking about he could say all the antisemitic things he wanted and nothing would happen to him.
He got nobody to blame but himself.
