Based on context it does. For Kanye going off on Sway the way he did that was personal. They have/had a friendship and Kanye was feeling some type of way.

With Bush he said it and that was that. There was nothing personal behind it. He made his statement and left it as is.

But in the grand scheme of things no he said that on public tv in he middle of a donation when Americans did not hear need to hear that at that exact time. His timing was off and that's what makes it way so much more in my opinion harsher. Dude took a swipe at the president in the most in opportune time.

No comparison. Practically the whole world saw the Katrina comments. And what he said was the truth and it meant something.

Only people who know about the Sway thing are hip hop followers. Nobody don't care about some fashion conversation,

and Sway was right.

You better off comparing it to the Taylor Swift incident.
