so I don't have to worry about my car get scratched or argue over dumb parking. Also, good for exercise just to walk.
I'm the exact same way. It's underrated things like this that allow you to proactively minimize the chances of any potential conflict with other people during your day. People don't understand that.
For instance, I often yield the right-of-way even when the other doesn't have the right of way. "Nah, you go first brother/sista"
