Shieeet Black Canadians in general. My fam is from Trinidad, Barbados and Guyana. Majority of other black people I've met throughout Canada are either West Indian or African. I have met some Black Nova Scotians though. Their ancestors came to Canada from the States.
I'm Bajan, and pretty much everyone I know is either Bajan, Jamaican, Trini, or Haitian. I got one aunt who is Nova Scotian. I can count on one hand the number of Africans I know.


when I heard Dangerous. I was very vocal in my dislike of that song. But he deserves international success. He's a living legend up here to anyone who knows Canadian Hip Hop though.

He doesn't get enough credit for his influence on Canadian Hip-Hop being accepted in the U.S. I remember being like
"what the fukk is this" when I first saw Bakardi Slang on Rap City. Looking back Not 4 Sale (the last album of his I enjoyed) was a bit ahead of it's time as far as sound.
