1:02 What is he listed as :sas2:

3:39 Asking him about playing with David Robinson, and which of them would have to adjust and which position they would play. If it was so clear cut that Duncan was a PF, then why would that question be asked?

Wait, your proof is footage before he played a game his rookie season? That same season where he was definitely the starting pf for the spurs? :pachaha:

And lets pretend he never played half of his games at center throughout his 17 yr NBA career :pachaha:

If Duncan had a better career then he would get as much love as Kobe does.

No one gives a fucc about Tim Duncan, at all.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
So Tim had a better career because he didn't have to do as much? Sounds like he's saying he had the more accomplished career in terms of team success rather than individual greatness to me. :sas2:
doesn't that factor into your CAREER.. he never said better player

y'all let michael jordan stans (i am one too) come in with this "who got more rings" narrative and ruin every damn sports debate ever in history

to the point we now talking about football teams with 53 players on it...... "yea but how many rings that WR got"

if you are damn near 39... in perfect health (somewhat), you have the same amount of rings, you have more team success, you are the best ever at your position, you didn't have another nikka leading you to 3 of those said rings, and at the end of your career, you're still winning 50-60 games a year, still winning titles, still in the hunt for more titles, and could probably play another year or two.

well isn't that better than being 36, already done, been losing the past 4-5 years with zero hope of a ring, haven't even been playing the past 2 years cause your body broke the fukk down, and you haven't won a ring in 5 years?

i know which career i'd rather have and be having

Duncan has played with hall of famers his whole career, including a hall of fame coach his entire career. You have no point.
Kobe played with arguably the most dominant big man ever and rode his and Phil Jackson's coattails to 3 titles. He Didn't become relevant again until he got Pau Gasol (HOF)
Andrew Bynum (HOF potential derailed by injuries) and Phil Jackson (HOF).
I think its you who have no point.

Why is this even a thread?

Somebody post Tim Duncan playoff numbers the last 3 years...

Somebody post Kobe playoff numbers the last 3 years... :mjlol:

B-b-b-but the head to head...

If Kobe could actually lead his team somewhere then the head to head would still be going wouldn't it, because Dungawd is still holding up his end of the bargain....

B-b-but Timmy not a number one option...

That is why he is so great...he doesn't need to be a number one option to effect a game...to dominate a game...

Still a tremendous rebounder, still a tremendous defender and defensive anchor...

Meanwhile Kobe became a fringe nba player the second his body wouldn't let him hoist 27 shots a game without breaking down...

Big men who swore they would never play center come to Swag Antonio...learn under Dungawd...and now they straight up beasting Anthony Davis and Hassan Whiteside while Timmy finds an excuse to wear all his Express button ups on the side line...

Kobe got what...2 lottery picks on his team...and they've learned what? Randle hasn't broken his own leg again so I guess there's that:mjlol:

Tim the quintessential player of his generation...and has one 2 out of 3 finals matches against Lebron...the quintessential player of his generation...

Meanwhile Kobe couldn't even get his team to the finals...then couldn't even get them to the playoffs...once Lebron actually started making it :mjlol:

Probably signs in Swag Antonio for the minimum after Tim get's his 6th ring on some "me to" shyt...

You can already see him working the angle...every time he open his mouth something about how great Pop is comes out...how he could have won titles with Pop as a coach...now he trying to slide in and be friends with Kawhi...:mjlol:
