My kid is in Taekwondo and when it's sparring time all the parents are on edge. I don't even watch most of the time - I stay out in the car. You have to override your instinct because it's a lesson in there for both you and your child.

Win or lose, I learned a lot playing sports growing up (football, baseball and basketball). Kids today don't grow up learning how to deal with adversity because parents step in whenever their child faces a difficult situation. Karen didn't help her son at all, if anything she embarrassed him even more. If that was me my parents would've pulled me to the side and I would've been doing drills by myself til the meet was over then I'd prolly be wrestling my older cousins to make sure this doesn't happen again.

I understand wanting to protect your child, but what happened was within the sport. Lil breh wasn't cheating. She needs to be banned for the simple fact of touching someone else's child whether it was racially motivated or not. I believe it played a factor because i don't see her doing it if it was a white child. I bet if you reverse the scenario police would be called.

She assaulted him. She interfered in a sporting competition that both SHE and presumably her Kid agreed to before hand. Touching the opponent in ANY manner is assault and should be treated as such for the safety of the other kid.


I was on the wrestling team in high school. Participated in dozens of Matches and never saw any parent do no stupid shyt like that. The white woman should be charged with assault and both her and her son should be banned from participating or attending ANY extracurricular events involving students
