It's not saying much but players have said before they have to order ESPN just to watch sports in Toronto, they don't like it there, life is different.

You still haven't mentioned why you think the NBA should've kept the Grizzlies in Vancouver.
Compared to what?

I’ve heard players rather wanna retire than play for Memphis too.

Moving from Chicago to Toronto is probably closer than moving from New Orleans or Memphis to New York.

Or like a city with no black people like Salt Lake City, or depressing former industrial cities like Cleveland and Milwaukee etc.

Can’t just be comparing US vs Canada, gotta compare city to city cause the differences between cities is wide. And I don’t think ordering ESPN is the breaking point :mjlol:

Never said it was the breaking point for them it's just odd having to order ESPN just watch sports in Canada, something we take for granted.

IMO if I was an NBA player I'd much rather be around thick southern women and good azz bbq (Memphis) that be around by a bunch of maple syrup suckers and your home town hero is known for being a PDF.

That's just me.

Let's be honest. KAT was a perennial loser until Jimmy Butler came to the Wolves, continued being a loser when Butler left, then Wolves got better when Ant Edwards was drafted

Franchise talent, but not a Franchise Leader/Impact player

KAT is one of the most talented and skilled modern bigs but at the same time between tryna do to much instead of simplifying his bag and the random mental blunders especially on D...Even tho he’s gotten better at it with age he’s still hard to pin down at times:mindblown:

With that said let’s not pretend like he didn’t dominate game 1 and set the team up for a win before thibs fukkd it up…The series still ain’t over Kat can really set the precedent for the rest of his career/legacy if he can level up and at least help push the series to 7 games..
