Young man has never been in trouble from what I understand. And he was simply defending himself that day. If he was white it’d be a simple case of self defense, with the only possible charge being for having a knife at a school sanctioned event.
The twin’s father is the criminal with sexual assault on his record.
It's going to be an uphill battle for sure given it's Texas and he had an illegal weapon on school grounds. I feel like it's all going to come down to how strong and competent his defense attorney is. He's going to need one of the best in the nation.
