Chris didn't get fired for being fat. He got fired because he wasn't playing politics correctly. He was slim as hell during nXt.

He started to get weight problems in his last year in NXT. That's how the rumors about that being the issue for him not being called up (and eventually 'deavored) started. I'm not saying that rumor was true, but he wasn't slim when he was released. There was even a whole thread about it here.

Dude has had one HELL of a year on the indies. I go to every Evolve show in Queens and every time, he's pretty much got match of the night. Dude looks awful, that much is true. But it's like his improvement increased as his weight did lol. It's to the point where people who heckle him for his weight get shyt on by the audience.

I feel a little selfish in that him going back means I can't see him perform at Evolve. But good for him. Somehow dude lost NONE of his cardio or speed with that weight, but I do fear for his heart. So if he goes up and WWE is like "please...get rid of that", it means better health and who can hate on that.

Also, i'm pretty sure this was Hero's last televised match was it not? Not exactly a specimen, but uhhh I wouldn't think you'd be fired off the back of that. From all accounts (aside from Hero i've only heard feedback on it from Dr. Tom and...Bull Dempsey), his weight really wasn't the culprit. A factor sure..but politics is what's insinuated.

Nah. I have them at about the same level on their current respective stages. KO being in WWE means he's seen more and it feels like it matters more. But if you've got an eye out on the indies, Hero is really to be mentioned with any of the other top guys this year. Mind you, i'm a bigger Steen/KO fan in general.

Hero and KO suffer from the same problem though. They both have serious issues structuring a match and tend to go full retard with the spamming of moves and false finishes. One of the best things about this latest run from Hero in the indies is that he was able to manage that shyt better. It still crept up from time to time but it seemed he got a better hold of how to build a match, I hope he keeps improving with that in WWE...but I said the same about Owens and he's doing the exact same shyt he did in PWG and ROH

Probably the two most overrated wrestlers on earth...kimber lee looked like total shyt on nxt compared to ember moon...re read that sentence.

This match is total shyt. Even as a comedy match which it ISNT.

I hate on the young bucks but they make chris hero look like 89 savage. NEITHER SHOULD get a wwe paycheck unless its to serve as a base for more suicide dives and moonsalts.
