You ain't a real champ til other fans try and put asterisks on your run :wow:
You know as well as I that it would've been 3-1 right now if Steph was healthy, but hey, I'll let you cook.

:hubie:

Don't say I didn't warn you when Julius has to play a team with a proper frontcourt.

Steph would have helped but I still think the Wolves are the better team. And you can only play the teams in front of you :hubie:

OKC would be a tough matchup for him, but Boston and Cleveland on the brink of elimination and they got the frontcourts youre talking about. I just think Randles game is complimenting well with Ants right now and they attack in completely different ways. Regardless, Julius puts pressure on the defense in a way KAT was incapable of which is be more physical than his matchups. We all know what an ugly Randle game looks like, but he really hasn't had a game like that in a while :hubie:

I’ll take the L on this one. Didn’t watch the game last night but I’ve enjoyed watching Randle in these playoffs.

I'm just glad my old opinions ain't in this thread. I agreed with most people up until late February, March. :hubie:

But glad to see both playing well. Wolves fans went from being worried Julius was gonna opt in to now being basically a guarantee he opts out after this run he's having. It could all blow up like Sam Darnold, but the Wolves look like a team where everyone is very good in their roles.

Minny has gotten extremely lucky they've played two teams without frontcourts, and then one of those teams had their best player go down. GS would've packed them up in 5-6 games if Steph was healthy, and we wouldn't be talking about the trade the same.

Oh would have should have azz cac
breh acting like warriors were up 2-1 or whatever when Steph went down

Safe to say Randle will use his player option and re-sign with Minnesota?

People are now saying this trade worked out for both teams.

Maybe.

Though you could argue that if Steph Curry was healthy this series would look very different and maybe people wouldn’t be praising Randle as this Timberwolves savior/stalwart.

Randle has always been good about getting his. But that doesn’t mean he’s this team-elevating player.
Woulda coulda shoulda. If Kawhi never got hurt maybe most of this dumb ass Dubs shyt would’ve never happened. Bet you think about that a lot. Oh well. Wolves in 5

This nikka say that we all KNOW it wouldve been 3-1. Based off what? 13 minutes of 1 game? Maybe don’t construct your roster around 3 nikkas 35 and older. The absolute most likely scenario that could happen in a playoff run is happening due to that.

Based off the fact that Steph would've been the best player in the series, and their offense goes from one being one of the best with him to arguably the worst without him.

We've seen how good this team is with Steph over the years, so I really don't know why this is some foreign concept.

And yes, we can base a whole lot off that 13 minutes in Game 1, because it was the only period of time where Minny was in quicksand during this series.

In theory, you're not wrong because the Warriors most definitely haven't done their due diligence in surrounding Steph with the appropriate players, but injuries can happen to any team. We've just seen the reigning champions be hit with a likely season-ending injury to their franchise player and he's only 27.

I'm not taking anything away from what the T'Wolves have acheived so far, because as it's been stated, you can only play who's in front of you, but I'll be damned to fall for this shyt of Julius Randle playing against teams that don't have frontcourts. He's a bum that's played against little-to-no resistance during these playoffs. I damn sure won't be getting caught out when the regression hits and everyone acts surprised.

You put any average starting level PF in his place right now, and y'all would still be one game away from the WCF.
