Equal accountability for both the health industry and their patients

Societal responsibility means nothing if not complimented by personal responsibility, and vice versa...treatments are offered and individuals should be and can be held accountable for not using the treatments

You can't tell a person suffering from depression, schizophrenia,bipolar, and adhd to stop acting up, but you can tell them to make sure to do their part by taking meds
