No escaping it unfortunately. You can’t eat clean enough, because the chemicals are in all the food. You can’t exercise enough because the chemicals are in the water and air and can’t be filtered. And if you haven’t been reading and studying up on this the past decade most people will never understand that it was meant to be like that.
