Look, Kat came into that interview with a chip on his shoulder. His entire demeanor made that clear as day. He came in with the intent to let off shots, and from the getgo, you could tell he wasn't really vibing with Wanda like that. When he went at someone she liked -- Haddish -- she called herself riding for her and tried to passive aggressively check Williams. Considering he clearly already wasn't feeling her like that, he didn't hesitate to go all in when her ego got the best of her and she tried to get the last word by clowning him. It was her trying to ride for Haddish, and foolish pride. She rode harder for Haddish than Haddish rode for herself, and in the process, got her feelings hurt when she realized she wasn't the funniest person in the room. Kat may have came in standoffish, but it would have never gotten to the point of hurt feelings if Wanda hadn't attempted to get a little "get back" by trying to embarrass Williams when the interview was wrapping up.
Regardless of her claims of not playing victim, that's exatly what she's doing now, which is goofy because she made it personal before Williams ever took it that far. The video footage hasnt went anywhere. The old, "Stay out of the kitchen if you can't handle the fire," concept has never been more applicable than it was here. When ego and pride comes into play, chests get tight and folks just have to let the other person know that they're the baddest one in the room. You know Kat lives for those moments. She did it to herself. If I call prime Mike Tyson a bytch and challenge him to a street fight, I can't call him a monster when I wake up three days later out of a coma.
