What part of "under investigation" or "pending investigation" "or further evidence review" equals "scott free" to you? and why are you so giddy about it?? yall living room lawyers never cease to amaze.. wowww.. I tell ya... lmao. Unlike Made for TV Law or Deadline:48 hrs. .. investigations can take more than a few hours to determine the final outcome and it's not up to the police to make the final decision as far as charges, that's up to the prosecutors. This incident just happened yesterday..... or am I missing something

As of 51 minutes ago, they just announced they were launching an investigation.. they completely solved the case, interviewed witnesses, entered the weapon into evidence, conducted an evidentiary review, and consulted with the prosecutor's office in record time of 51 minutes...
