FOX13 crews paid a visit to Onyxx Owll, LLC on Burton Lane, Monday morning. There, we found a letter titled "14-DAY NOTICE TO QUIT FOR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY." The letter states, "You are being given this notice due to criminal activity that occurred on or about the premises in violation of your lease agreement.
