At best he gets a lawsuit and compensation. At worst he gets to keep his job and his dignity, not to mention a pretty funny story to tell. These dudes on here aren't living in the real world. We sit here and dissect these videos but don't understand those are real people.
That "target" job could be the difference between his family eating or not. All that bus driver got for uppercutting that chick was some e-daps and applause. He is now unemployed. None of these fools co-signing that shh is going to hook him up with a job or pay his bills.

This is a totally different situation than the bus driver incident. Not only was that a man hitting a woman, but he used excessive force and threw the first blow. Also, the fact that he's just a Target employee would make me even less inclined to care about the repercussions.
This remind me of a time i was in home depot getting paint & saw an employee get slapped. Its a Sunday, so shyt is madd busy & there was like 20-30 ppl waiting to get paint, so this one customer was mad & shyt. So he starts talkin shyt to one of the employees that mixes the paint. Somehow they start arm wrestling on the counter, the customer starts losing so he pulls his hand back & slaps the soul out the employee.

you nikkas act like if the kid beat back, it wouldnt affect the ability to get future jobs or someshyt. it would be all a white collar job or grad school admission would need to not hire/accept someone.

The situation is an employee striking a customer. As an employee if you strike a customer you will be fired. Corporate don't give two shh's about right/wrong because it's all bad PR to them. If this dude picked up Kat Williams and body slammed his midget a$$ he'd be fired. And once again you do not know this man's situation so stop saying "it's target he can react."
