Katt paused the cart to chit chat with an Arab guy at a food stand like :shake: !!! The shyt was egregious. Katt is neither disabled NOR elderly enough to justify use of a damn motorized Target cart.

Target employees are probably briefed on protocol with respect to fire, theft, violence, Black Friday riots, etc. They know where the exits are and how to report incidents to a manager vs security vs police. Get mmmmmidget-slapped, but do your job anyway, yt ppl. *shrug*
