Yea, the way they present it is amusing but people dont really laugh internally when dealing with stress. I think when they are taken out of their element of laughter hee hee ha ha and are forced to be serious in a extremely serious situation, many of them crack and start lashing out like children.
This is why so many comedians strike way below the belt when they are innocently heckled.

Dude did lose it probably.... but it was an ongoing thing. A week prior he got on stage started rapping, people started booing, he started fightin with people in the crowd then said everyone would get their money back then leaves. Then he goes to oak town and does the same shyt. Either hes sick of comedy or he just lost his noodle.
I watched some serious interview joint that Bernie did back in the day. He was talking about how comedians really mask their pain and shyt.
