I can't stand Kanye at this moment. However, he's totally right for killing this deal if what he says is accurate. If the point was to create haute couture "looking" products at a GAP price point then they fukked over his idea by trying to capitalize on his name.
There's no fukking way I'm spending more than $50 on one item at the GAP. Sounds like he knew that and the GAP wanted to gouge on the back of his brand.

I don't think they even produce enough to fill up stores. There is a reason why if you go to a Nike and Adidas store you'll see that it's majority cheaper "non-hyped" models. Also Ye is only the designer and copyright holder of the Yeezy Slides.
Bruh, leases, overhead, payroll for staff. He probably wouldnt have to pay employees much since these kids would probably work for pennies just to work for "Yeezy". But this cat is completely unstable, whats he gonna do with those 10 year leases? Just end them? lol Just make that shyt DTC.
