OK, I'll play this game too. For his position, Pau is a better rebounder, passer, and outside shooter than Kobe. Pau > Kobe.

if you dont see how 'position' and 'height' play a role in rebounding there is no help for you

I understand it perfectly. If Durant was 6'5-6'6, he probably wouldn't be comparable to Kobe. If he was 6'2, he might not be in the league at all. That doesn't matter though, he's 6'9 and that gives him advantages over players that aren't, including Kobe, and you cocksuckers have to deal with it. You simply want to extract those advantages to say Kobe is a better pound for pound player or some shyt but we're not grading on a curve here. They're playing on the same field and have to be judged accordingly.

when they bring out RPP (Rebounds Per Pound) you can holler at me. til then, durant will be the better rebounder, for the kindergarten level of understanding that

more rebounds >>> less rebounds

How can someone imply that they'd rather have volume scoring over efficient scoring?

:wtf:

That's not even a knock on Kobe at all. I don't have all the charts and graphs in front of me. Bottom line, I want a guy scoring 36 on 20 shots more than a guy scoring 36 on 28 shots.

its not about efficient vs. volume...its just the fact that Kobe is a better scorer period...just because you shoot a higher percentage, doesnt make you a better scorer....:wtb:

so one has a higher career points per game average, and does that on a shot less per game, but hes not a better scorer? solid logic

I respect the hell out of Iverson because he had to take a ton of shots, the entire offense was built around it and he never let up. Same with Kobe. There were times in his career where he had no choice but to be the entire offense.

With that said, I still prefer my scorers to be efficient and I DO NOT want them forcing bad shots if they have other options to go to.. I almost never see Durant forcing..
